Hello Patriot staff!

As a former member of the Patriot staff, I just wanted to thank you for your news coverage of the controversy surrounding the Morning Star Powwow, as well as the Patriot Perspective about the student section’s chanting at the basketball games. It’s truly a relief to know that The Patriot has been passed down into such good hands, and I am proud of the entire staff for reporting on such important and relevant (though upsetting) issues in our community. I hope that your work will contribute to making the JC community more respectful and tolerant.

Thank you,

Lauren Glase
