Ingredients
– 1 cup unsalted butter
– 2/3 cup brown sugar
– 2/3 cup sugar
– 2 eggs
– 2 teaspoons vanilla
– 2 ¼ cups flour
– 1 cup old-fashioned oats
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup dried cranberries
– 1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Soften one cup of butter either by leaving it unrefrigerated for a little while or popping it in the microwave for a few seconds.
Take the cup of softened butter and add the brown sugar and sugar. Beat these three ingredients together until fluffy.
Add two eggs and two teaspoons of vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, one cup of oats, one teaspoon of baking soda and one teaspoon of salt. Then, add these ingredients to the main bowl. Stir until mixed.
Stir in one cup of dried cranberries and one cup of white chocolate chips.
Chill the dough for one hour.
Bake for eight to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
