On Aug. 25, the class of 2017 gathered to participate in the annual Senior Unity Day. After being divided into four groups, the class participated in several service projects and class bonding exercises throughout the course of the day.
Seniors Esther Peters and Angela Miceli cut shoe patterns out of donated jeans at another service station benefiting Sole Hope. Sole Hope is an organization that sends materials to Uganda so local craftspeople can create shoes for children in the area who might contract parasites without protective footwear.
