Week in Pictures: Blood drive, AP Biology, turtles, salad bar, and FBLA

During the week of Jan. 23, the salad bar reopened on Tuesday due to popular demand after being closed for the first semester of the school year. Students in AP Biology participated in an enzyme analysis lab on Tuesday, Jan. 25 to investigate the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide by the enzyme catalase. The Future Business Leaders of America club, or FBLA, competed in a business-related competitive event, placing first in five events on Wednesday, Jan. 25. Finally, The American Red Cross set up in the Brown Room all day Friday, Jan. 27 for the annual JC blood drive organized each year by Social Studies teacher Rodney Johnson.
