Many teams started off well at the beginning of the college football season

During the start of the season, many had very high expectations for the upcoming team Colorado because of their new head coach Deion Sanders (aka Coach Prime). He is known as a legendary football player who is an eight-time Pro Bowler, nine-time Pro, and two-time Super Bowl champion.

He also played 14 NFL seasons for many different teams. Colorado started out undefeated until they met Arizona State where they lost 42-34, and that was the beginning of their losing record, so far losing eight games to the top 10 teams.

The top 10 college football rankings start off with Georgia with an overall record of 7-0. Georgia won it all last year against Texas Christian University also known as TCU beating TCU 65-7. Last year Georgia had an overall record of 15-0.

The second-ranked team in college football is Michigan with an overall record of 7-0. They have high hopes during this season to possibly make it into the championship game this year.

Next ranking in the number 3 spot is Ohio State with an overall record of 6-0. TCU has had an upset during this year not even ranking in the top 10, unlike last year where they were ranked as number three overall.

The number four team ranked is Florida State with an overall record of 6-0. Last year Florida State ranked overall as 11th with an overall record of 10-3, this team making its rise to the top.

The next team ranked is Washington with an overall record of 6-0, ranked 8th last year.

This season many teams will experience many upsets and many successes. The teams that have high hopes are Georgia, Michigan, and Oregon. Many have been putting money into these teams to watch their successes throughout the college season.

Oregon is considered the underdog with an overall record of 5-1, but they have been playing very well so far throughout their season. Oregon is known to have high expectations and even make it into the championship game.
