Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman (Release date: June 2, 2017)

DC studios has become notorious for their less than spectacular movie offerings. “Man of Steel,” “Suicide Squad,” and “Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice” all left audiences wanting just a little bit more character and story development and a little less mindless destruction. The studio seems to have turned things around with the upcoming adaptation of “Wonder Woman.” This is the first time the amazon fighter has been featured in her own movie in all of her history. The movie is a stark contrast to the campy television show of the 1970s. Gal Gadot has been cast in the role of Wonder Woman, and her brief cameo in “Batman V. Superman” showed promise as she was ferocious, strong, and beautiful, doing justice to her source material. Audiences are gaining excitement as trailers have been released previewing a violent, dark, and complex origin story to the beloved character.
