Week in Pictures: Romero Club, Powwow assembly, the Breakfast Club, and dogs in class

During the week of Jan. 1, The  Breakfast Club met and learned listening techniques in preparation to be peer counselors the Romero Club gathered after school on Wednesday, Jan. 7 to cut fleece that will be made into a blanket and given to the Ronald McDonald House. A freshman brought in her dog as part of a presentation for Social Studies teacher Jake Hollin’s Financial Literacy class. Finally, an assembly was held for faculty and students to get a glimpse of Native American culture and raise awareness about the Morning Star Powwow on Saturday, Jan. 14.
