Junior 6'9 forward/center, Mike Tertsea goes up for the dunk in the game against Mount St. Joe. Tertsea came to JC from Africa as a freshman and has been on the varsity team for three years.
The men’s basketball team faced in-conference opponent Mount Saint Joseph, beating them 51-43 on Feb. 2 and snapping a three-game losing streak. The team starts playoffs against McDonogh Feb. 10, at home. The team is ranked third in the MIAA with a 24-5 record.
