Super Bowl LVII was held at the State Farm Center in Glendale, Arizona this past Sunday with the Kansas City Chiefs victorious over the Philadelphia Eagles with a score of 38-35.

Both teams went into the game with the same winning record of 14-3.

The Eagles began the first half of the game strongly, but the Chiefs took over and ran the second half, scoring on every single drive.

After halftime the Chiefs came out ready to win, and they did exactly that.

Kansas City Chief Patrick Mahomes won MVP honors for the game. He was instrumental to leading the team in their second-half comeback.

The Super Bowl halftime show was performed by Rihanna.

Both teams were led by relatively young quarterbacks. The Chiefs were led by 27-year-old Mahomes while the Eagles were led by 24-year old Jalen Hurts.

During this past season, the Kansas City Chiefs offense was led by Eric Bieniemy who ran a pass-heavy offense. The Chiefs passed the ball approximately 62% of the time.
Mahomes is a really strong passer but has also been good on the ground. He has a career 66.3% completion rate. Throughout the season, Mahomes effectively used teammates Skyy Moore, Juju Smith-Schuster and Marques Valdes-Scantling.

Over the last few months, the Eagles offense was led by Shane Steichen, and he ran a pretty equal offense when comparing the pass vs. the run strategy. The offense passed the ball approximately 50% of the time.

The Eagles also had one of the best wide receiver cores in the entire NFL, including AJ Brown, Devonta Smith, and Quez Watkins. The addition of Brown changed the game for the Eagles this season.

Brown has arguably been one of the best wide receivers in football. The action of Hurts throwing to Brown was a dangerous combination throughout the season to opposing defenses.
Brown has a talent for beating opposing cornerbacks in the middle of the field and fighting for yards.
