Peerce’s offers exquisite Indian food

Located in Phoenix, Maryland, Peerce’s serves authentic Indian cuisine. Owners and brothers Keir and Binda Singh are committed to keeping the menu “as sustainable as possible,” according to their website.

Peerce’s appetizer options are bountiful. The soups, salads, and other small plates are served quickly after arriving and do not disappoint.

All entrees are filling and extremely flavorful. They offer dishes ranging from a classic Chicken Tikka Masala to Lobster Khas or Dharmshala Duck.

Along with amazing meat and seafood dishes, Peerce’s offers many vegetarian and vegan options. The Shahi Paneer and Malai Kofta are especially tasty with a delicious sauce.

Don’t forget to order a variety of naan breads to pair with your meal. The classic, garlic, and rosemary & sea salt naans will elevate any entree.

No dinner is properly finished without dessert. The Challah Bread Pudding is a stand-out winner; its cardamom creme fraiche is perfectly sweet and salty.

Although Peerce’s is located 30 minutes from JC, and the menu is pricey, the food is, without a doubt, worth it.

Peerce’s is open Tuesday-Sunday, 4:30 pm-10 pm. Reservations are not required; however, they are recommended.
