Shannon Olsen is a Lifestyles Editor for The Patriot and jcpatriot.com. This is Shannon’s first year in journalism and on the paper. Shannon is the Drum Major for the JC Marching Band and Vice-President in charge of advertising for Respect Life Club. She also plays the clarinet in concert band and pep band. She is a member of Chorus, Music Ministry, Friend to Friend, Service Honors Society, and performs in the school musicals. When she is not working on the paper, Olsen enjoys reading, listening to music, and hanging out with her friends.
