Marvel fans unite! Following the events of ‘Avengers Endgame,’ Wanda Maximoff stars in ‘WandaVision,’ a Marvel sitcom available on Disney+. Other characters included are Vision, Darcy Lewis, Quicksilver, Monica Rambeau and Jimmy Woo.

A little background knowledge of previous Marvel Avengers movies is needed to understand WandaVision.
It is possible to understand the show, however, without seeing previous movies with the background that in the end of Avengers Infinity War, Vision dies, and Wanda Maximoff is snapped away from existence for a period of time.
At the end of Avengers Endgame, Wanda comes back from wherever she was snapped away to. Vision, however, does not return.
Wanda is so overwhelmed with grief from the loss of her lover Vision, that she breaks down. Wanda wakes up in a town called Westview with Vision alive, and the time period appears to be the 1950s.
As the two newlyweds try to blend in with Vision’s being an android and Wanda’s having reality-warping abilities, they attempt to live a normal life in Westview.
Plagued with odd occurrences, the time period around Wanda and Vision begins to change, going from what appears to be the 1950s to the early 2000s.
Wanda is pregnant and later gives birth to twins. They have their perfect family with their nice home in a sweet little town.
Something seems off with the people of Westview, though. They are acting strangely, and none of them have ever left town.
Vision becomes aware of this; he discovers a barrier between Westview and the outside world. Vision attempts to leave the barrier in order to see what is beyond Westview to try and seek help.
Vision leaves the barrier and discovers that S.W.O.R.D, short for Sentient World Observation and Response Department, is outside of the barrier trying to save the people inside Westview.
Vision can’t stay outside of the barrier because Wanda is the one keeping him alive with her magic, so he is pulled back into the reality. Wanda holds the people in Westview under her magic, which explains why the people can’t leave.
WandaVision season one, has nine episodes, all available on Disney Plus.
WandaVision stars Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff, Paul Bettany as Vision, Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis, Evan Peters are Quicksilver, Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau and Randall Park as Jimmy Woo.
WandaVision is a worthy watch this spring for anyone looking for a Marvel sitcom full of unexpected twists and turns.
