Looking for Alaska’ will have you looking for a sequel

Reading is hard during the school year because most English classes require that students read for homework. However, during spring break, there is a lot of free time to read books that you may find more interesting.

One of my favorite books is Looking for Alaska by John Greene. Looking for Alaska is a story of a boy named Miles who moves to Alabama to go to Culver Creek Boarding School.

John Greene wrote the book based on his experience going to boarding school in Utah when he was in high school. The book follows Miles through his experience at his new school and the friendships that he has made along the way. It also looks at nostalgia, revenge, grief, and denial.

The book is written from the perspective of Miles, which makes the perspective of the story biased but more realistic.

Looking for Alaska is one of my favorite books of all time. I have learned so much from such a short and easy read.

There is also a TV show on Amazon Prime based off the book that is not as good as the book, but it is still pretty good.

I recommend this book for anyone who wants a quick read that will make you question the past and the future.
