Senior Justin Hawkins is an Opinion Editor for The Patriot and jcpatriot.com. This is his second year on The Patriot staff and third year taking journalism. Outside of journalism, he is the co-captain of the Academic Team, the founder and president of the Chess Club, a member of the Forensics Team, and a member of the tennis team. He enjoys studying history, philosophy, politics, economics, military science, and chess. He works at the Maryland Golf and Country Club as an assistant to the tennis pro.
