Spirit Week Tuesday: Window Art

Spirit+Week+Tuesday%3A+Window+Art

Student representatives from each of the four grade levels spent a couple of hours after school on Tuesday in order to decorate some of the windows near the Streett Family Courtyard. While the windows were not part of a contest that had the classes go against each other, judges did provide some reviews.

Freshmen ‘25: Wonderful use of color and tremendous effort covering the entire window! The color gradient provides a warm background for a terrific piece. Also, great group effort!

Sophomores ‘24: Very clever use of 24 karat gold to make your class shine! Another excellent use of color – vibrant pinks and yellow contrasting with black make the design pop! Nice work!

Juniors ‘23: Sophisticated color choice and placement creates a visual dialog that engages the viewer and pulls the eye around the image – and who doesn’t like Scooby Doo? Very fun!

Seniors ‘22: Appreciate the clever way you integrated multiple art disciplines by tying in the Taylor Swift song! There is an economy of design that is efficient and concise – great job illustrating your theme!
