The American flag hangs solemnly from two firetrucks above the entrance of Mountain Christian Church. The flag stood to honor Senior Deputy Patrick Dailey’s visitation that Tuesday night on Feb.16 after he was fatally shot at the Panera Bread in Abingdon, Md on Feb. 10.
